At Next Level Design Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
