Standard furniture orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Next Level Design Studio ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Yes, we prioritize eco-friendly manufacturing. Our wood products are FSC-certified, and we use recycled materials in our textile collections whenever possible.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.

Do you provide interior design consultations?

We offer complimentary 15-minute virtual consultations to help you select pieces that fit your aesthetic. You can book a session through our 'Design Services' page.
